A rare opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager at a superb Park Hotel & Country Club.

This is a Senior Management role to oversee the food and beverage operation which includes the award winning 2 Rosette Anderida Restaurant, stylish Forest Brasserie, Bars, Lounge & Terrace plus multiple Conference & Banqueting suits. You will need a proven track record in leading a large team of department managers and wider with respect and operational understanding. You will need a passion for food & beverage, and with the General Manager and Executive Chef help develop our service and offering to ensure we deliver a distinctly memorable experience to our guests.

As Food and Beverage Manager your Key responsibilities will include:

* Mentoring and supporting your heads of department.

* Motivating a large team of professionals.

* Communicating with the restaurant, kitchen and other departments to ensure standards are met.

* Be well organised and an excellent communicator.

* Have knowledge of stock taking and financial awareness.

* Be a team player with a resilient and confident personality.

* Have proven experience as a head of department within a food and beverage department or a similar size high-quality establishment.

* Possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use their own imitative.

* Working hours as required include evenings and weekends.

* You will also be required to carry out duty management shifts
