HR Manager (Part Time) 3days per week.
This is a leading manufacturerwithin its sector, an owner managed business with 2 sites in the UK employing approximately 200 people. Seeking an experienced HR Manager reporting to senior management.
Your main duties will include
* Reviewing employment contracts
* Management of payroll, authorising hours, overtime, adding new starters, leavers on the system Timetastic
* Providing HR guidance in disciplinaries
* Monitoring and maintaining VISA sponsorship
* Reviewing all HR procedures and providing input on sustainability, incentives and pay bands.
Minimum requirements
* Previous experience in a HR
* Working knowledge of employment law
* Previous experience working in either the manufacturing, Construction or Logistics sector
* Working knowledge of VISA Sponsorship would be an advantage
Salary and Benefits
Salary up to GBP35kpa pro rata.
