Techniche are supporting a world's largest polymer foams manufacturer with appointing a new Business Customer Representative. The company specialise in production of polymer foam products, to any type of industry including construction, packing, mattresses, sport shoes etc.

A Customer Representative, will act as a liaison, provide products and services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our business accounts in Europe might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Work to agreed standard and service level agreements to provide customer service excellence for the organisation, including:

* Assisting and supporting the team to achieve Zotefoams' on time delivery target

* working closely with the planning team to ensure customers' requirements are fulfilled within agreed operational lead times

* Dealing with receipt, tuning, and booking of sales orders and issuing order confirmations within agreed service levels

* Ensuring reports to customers detailing supply lines are issued within correct timeframes

* Handling customer queries and complaints

* Proactive management of the order book for specific customer portfolio and drive for customer service improvement opportunities.

* Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal departments; attend customer visits where necessary; participate actively in team meetings.

* Encourage and maintain information exchange between the CSR and internal departments such as QA, Planning, Logistics, Finance and Despatch.

* Provide regular KPI reporting to track progress against target to improve performance.

* Undertake any other duties as required from time to time, commensurate with the role.

Requirements:

* 3 - 5 years' experience of working in a customer service environment.

* Fluency in European language(s) as well as English

* ERP and Excel experience.

* A customer focused approach to work

* Strong numerical, organisational & communication skills

* Team focused, able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others

* Capable of contributing to customer service improvement initiatives

* Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
