Customer Service Manager
Woolpit, Suffolk
I am delighted to be working with a Woolpit based business in their search for a Customer Services Manager. The business required a professional with a solid background in office based customer service and experience managing small teams.
Your role will consist of providing excellent customer service, as a first point of contact for the business as well as providing excellent management to the customer service team.
Main activities:
•Manage Customer Services Team
•Ensure all calls are answered efficiently in line with company guidelines and expected standards, within company timeframe
•Ensure customer service team resolve queries efficiently
•Ensure customer service team forward telephone calls to the correct colleague as required
•Greet visitors to office
•Monthly customer service team call monitoring and coaching
•Co-ordinate holiday cover
•Analyse Customer Service Levels Reports
•Management of printing system
•Support practices on using the VIP system
•Monthly Invoicing
•Manage orders and queries over the telephone and email efficiently
•Keep spreadsheets up to date
•Oversee set up of customer accounts on our bespoke computer systems (creating and change of details of customers) Movex/SOP/C Care
•Oversee keeping mailing list up to date
Previous Experience Required:
•Experienced in management/supervision of customer services team
•Experienced in office administration and customer services
•PC literate to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
•Excellent English language skills
Additional Information:
•Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
•Location: Woolpit, Suffolk
•Salary: Circa GBP25,000
•Full time, Permanent
