Job Title: Sales Order Processor
Location: Horsham - rural location so own transport is required
Salary: GBP22,000pa
The Role
* Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure any related quotes/paperwork are attached to the order.
* Ensure any missing information from order is obtained
* Ensure that customer delivery/invoice address is accurate.
* To ensure all part numbers and prices from customer order(s) correspond with data held on the Company's computer system.
* Check stock availabilities for all parts required and select accurate delivery date.
* Amend sales orders as and when required.
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous data input experience
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good PC skills and ability to pick up new systems easily
* Ability to work to deadlines and sometimes under pressure
* Methodical approach to tasks
* Excellent communicator
