Administration Assistant : Lincoln Based : NHS Setting : Band 2 Pay Scale : Temporary on going

Prestige Recruitment are recruiting for a fantastic Lincoln based HR Operations Administrator to join the team of one of our clients.

The role purposes:

Supporting the HR department with the provision of an efficient and effective administrative and secretarial service for the Trust, with particular emphasis on the Employee Relations Team.

Support the Workforce Support Office by being the first point of contact for employee enquires (the HR helpline)

The ideal candidate will / must:

Have a positive attitude to helping customers (our managers, candidates, staff, colleagues and students) face to face, over the telephone, via email and virtually using MSTeams
Have some recent background in a HR Service environment
Be comfortable using multiple IT systems
Be experienced and comfortable working in a busy office environment
Be able to work on their own initiative
Be Resilient and demonstrate a keen eye for detailThis role will need to support our teams in a number of areas and tasks such as answering telephones, email and MSTeam people enquiries queries through our central Outlook inboxs, housekeeping, updating systems and a variety of administrative work.
