Teaching Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to be Teaching Assistant, supporting our learners with challenging behaviours, at Yeoman Park Academy. The academy offers high quality, inclusive education for young people aged 3 - 18 who experience complex learning difficulties. The academy is committed to child centered learning and works closely with parents and carers to prepare pupils for the next stage of their lives.
* Job title: Teaching Assistant
* Salary: Grade 5 (Actual Salary GBP20,452 - GBP22,580)
* Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only
* Start date: 31 August 2022
* Closing date: 30 June 2022
The successful candidates will support pupils with severe behavioural learning difficulties and require specific knowledge and a high level of competence in communication and interpersonal skills. You must be qualified in a relevant childcare qualification to at least NNEB, NVQ3 (or equivalent), and previous experience of working within SEN is essential.
