Are you a switched-on HR professional looking to take responsibility for a creative office and its staff? We are searching for an HR/Office Manager to ensure smooth running of the Administration, HR, Policy Development, Operations and Compliance departments. Our client is looking for someone with some professional HR experience, good communication and writing skills, and someone confident dealing with senior members of the team. This role is mostly HR responsibility, with some administrative/office management.

Office and HR Manager Responsibilities

As the Office and HR Manager some of your duties will include:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, corresponding and booking interviews, inductions, contracts, right to work, onboarding/offboarding etc.
Provide HR Administration and to support CEOs
Providing Wellbeing, Compliance and Payroll support
Organise and prepare for internal meetings
Act as the central point for enquiries

Our client's lovely office is based in Oxford City Centre (OX1, close to many public transport routes, but sadly no parking due to its location. Working hours are either 39 for full-time, or 32 part-time.
