Quality Assurance Controller - Hybrid Egham
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: GBP25,000

We are working with a successful company that specialises in technology solutions and finance. They are looking for an organised Administrator to join their team performing documentation checking. You will be someone who is meticulous with attention to detail and ability to pick up processes quickly. You will work in a friendly team and with the flexibility to work from home part of the week when you have been trained.
A day in the life of your new role:
You will support the Sales Teams, ensuring that the set up of invoice logs for the corporate Customers is complete
Checking invoices have been uploaded onto the system
You will produce reports on all new contracts raised on the system
Conducting checks to ensure all of the contractual information is captured and correcting any errors
Spot checking all of the Data to ensure it is compliant with business requirements
When sent out to customers to review and sign they are 100% correct
Checking and extending any credit on customer accounts
Liaise with internal sales to flag and resolve any issuesAbout you;
You will need to have worked in an Administration role before
Have meticulous attention to detail
You have excellent communications skills, working within internal teams
