Patient Support Administrator Responsibilities
As the Patient Support Administrator some of your duties will include:
Dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner
Processing all referrals within agreed timescales
Communicating with satellite clinics to ensure a smooth patient experience
To initiate and explain patient processes
Filing all patient correspondence and updating the database accurately
Carrying out all required paperwork including scanning and allocating notes and invoices
Patient Support Administrator Rewards

Patient Support Administrator Experience
The successful candidate for this Patient Support Administrator will be well versed in working in a busy and challenging environment, who is confident in closing a sale.
You will be able to demonstrate:
Previous administration experience within a fast-paced and commercial business environment will allow you to hit the ground running in this role.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrable working experience from a customer facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential with an excellent telephone manner.
You will be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to provide an efficient and effective administrative service and customer service.
You will have excellent attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
You will be able to handle confidential and sensitive information and work well as part of a team.
You will have excellent IT skills in particular MS Excel and Word, and the ability to use a patient database to ensure all patient communication is documented.
Location
Our client's lovely office is based in Cowley, Oxford (OX4) with free parking onsite, as well as close public transport links. Core hours are 37 per week, Monday-Friday. Please be aware that due to the nature of the service this organisation provides, this may include the occasional evening, weekend or bank holiday.
