Office Administrator duties:
* As a Office Administrator you will provide secretarial support and administrative support to senior management
* Key contact for request for marketing materials and other general enquiries
* Provide hospitality: offering a welcoming, courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient service to visitors and staff in all areas of the department including Reception Cover as required
* Booking accommodation and flights
* Booking domestic showroom visits
* Organising the all important "Christmas Party"
* General secretarial duties associated with the role
* Efficient operations of the print room
Personal Key Skills to be a Office Administrator:
* Professional
* Personable with a confident telephone manner
* Experience with multi-tasking and prioritising own work load
* Ability to work both independently and with others
* Excellent keyboard skills combined with a demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
