Senior Client Support
GBP25,000-GBP29,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday

On behalf of our client based in Chelmsford, we are searching for experienced Senior Client Support Assistant to join their friendly and supportive Client Administration team in their office. This is an exciting time to join the forward thinking company- the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, service orientated and have great interpersonal skills. There will also be the opportunity to receive full training in the company's Professional Development Programme.
Main duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Administering client's portfolios using Standard Life, Novia and Transact platforms.
* Processing platform/off-platform new business by liaising with providers, clients and team.
* Preparing clients annual portfolio review packs as required by client review team.
* Supporting financial planners and technical team.
* Handling client queries and helping service existing clients.
* Assisting with rebalance process
* Maintaining client databases
* Able to step in for the client administration manager during absence.
* Dealing with platforms and product providers to obtain information about existing and potential investments.
* Greeting office visitors.
Key skills:
* Experienced financial administrator/client support experience
* Have an excellent working knowledge of transacting on Standard Life Wrap platform
* Experience of using intelliflo is desirable
* Ability to work in busy working environment, prioritise work and meet deadlines
* Have a keen eye for detail, great communication and organizational skills and also possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Have a keen interest in gaining professional qualifications in financial services
