Business Administration Level 3.

Element Recruitment are an established and well respected recruitment company located in central Bristol. Specializing in Accountancy, HR, Business Administration and IT we work with a wide range of companies across the South West.

The Business Administration Apprentice will work as part of our Sales Support team and will be involved in all areas of the business.

The Apprenticeship course typically lasts 12 - 15 months and will cover the following topics:

* Interpersonal skills, Communication & stakeholders

* Decision Making

* Business Fundamentals & Quality

* Planning, Organisation and Project Management

By the time you have completed your apprenticeship you will be confident in the following duties:

* Answering the phone, dealing with queries, and taking accurate messages

* Reformatting and typing documents in the company style

* Updating the CRM system and running reports

* Checking right to work documents and requesting references

* Issuing contracts and terms of business

* Project work within HR, Payroll and Data Analysis

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

To apply for this apprenticeship you must hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths & English

The salary for this apprenticeship is GBP14,000 - GBP16,000 depending on previous experience.

Working in offices in Central Bristol, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
