We are proud to be assisting a well-established organisation based in Telford in recruiting an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join their friendly IT team.
The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for:
Providing excellent first and second line support to all company users (multi-site)
Assist in the installation and configurations of all IT equipment
Manage and support all company hardware and software
Effectively trouble shooting for all hardware and software issues and rectify in an efficient manner
Experience required
An adequate amount of previous experience in an IT Support / IT Helpdesk role will be essential
