Shift Technician
An opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company at a prestigious contract in Salisbury, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the building services are operating smoothly to meet client expectations.
As part of your duties, you and the team will provide 24 hour monitoring, emergency maintenance and technical resource. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a safe and efficient operation, ensuring regulatory compliance at all times.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Monitor the BMS system and resolve any issues that arise
Develop an understanding of the site layout, functions and assets through a process of continuous development, assessment and training
Undertake emergency engineer and maintenance duties on Electrical and Mechanical systems, including LV distribution systems, emergency lighting, fire alarm, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Maintain and keep detailed records of maintenance problems and activitiesRequirements:
Experience as a maintenance technician within a similar role
High attention to detail
Flexible and positive attitude
