Junior resourcer
Recruitment resourcer required on a permanent basis for an opportunity in Orpington, this is to join a fun and friendly team.
OHUK are a construction recruitment company supplying to the Mechanical, Electrical, Rail, Residential and Civils markets of the construction industry. We have been established since 2012 and have grown year on year working out of Orpington in Kent. OHUK began its journey by being an M & E trades supplier, and through the years, have developed a white collar professional recruitment services division too, placing operational and commercial white collar professionals to the industry on a permanent and freelance basis.
The Role
You will be working with our fantastic white collar recruitment consultants assisting them with their live vacancies
* Connect with potential candidates through Linked in and other platforms
* Pre qualify candidates
* Interview Candidates face to face and over the telephone
* CV collation and formatting
* Gaining leads from the candidates to feed through to the consultants
* Answering and sifting through telephone calls
* Providing candidates to the consultants for other roles
* Advertising and marketing vacancies on job boards and other platforms
* Full support to your consultant

* Commercial Awareness
* The ability to work under pressure and deliver results

* Exceptional organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An eye for detail
* Business acumen
* A "Can do" attitude
* A solid work ethic
* Excellent knowledge of word, excel and outlook
* Excellent knowledge of linked in and job boards - beneficial but not essential
