We are looking to recruit a new contracts manager to join our team.
Working in the insurance sector of construction, where we repair residential properties after a claim often following a fire or a flood/ escape of water. We are based in Bookham, and our works covers predominately South London and Surrey
Ideally the candidate would have some experience of insurance works and scheduling tools used by the various loss adjusting companies we work for. They would be expected to be able to manage a number of claims simultaneously, managing both the clients and the teams undertaking the works.
Experience wise they should have a good grasp of residential construction and ideally a background in residential repair work.
Our work is varied and the average claim would vary in value from a few thousand pounds to half a million and as you would expect the clients expectations are high. The annual value of claims that the new contracts manager would be expected to manage would be GBP1m made up of a variety of claims
