Internal Quality Assurer ( Early Years Apprenticeship)

My client are currently are looking for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join their team based in the heart of Bath.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting lecturers, assessors, and tutors in order to deliver programmes to an high standard. They will also be involved in planning, conducting and recording sampling activities, carrying out observations and delivering standardisation sessions to guarantee ongoing assessor development.
Responsibilities
Lead on standardisation tasks
Carry out assessor observations
Manage standardisation sampling plans
Ensure all documentation is correct and adhering to the correct standards
Skills and Competencies:
Passion for the education industry and standard and quality
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and targets
Assertiveness and objection handling skills
Professional and approachable
Excellent problem solver
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent IT Skills - Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications:
A relevant IQA qualifications , D34 , V1
A teaching qualification
Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practices
Level 4 Award Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practices
Demonstrable experience in The Early Years Industry
