Synergy Personnel are looking for a Plumber Multi-Trader to join an expanding maintenance company working for Fareham Borough Council.
Trades persons must have relevant qualifications with additional experience and capability to complete tasks outside their core trade. It is essential you maintain a professional appearance and attitude and be polite and courteous at all times. It is a further requirement that all operatives must pass a DBS check.
JOB ROLE INCLUDES
* Isolating and removing existing domestic bathrooms
* Strip tiles, patch plaster, widen doorways, fit door linings and hang doors
* Fitting pumps (training can be provided)
* First and second fix toilets, shower units, screens and disables adaptations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing
* Must be competent in at least 2 other secondary skills
* Full current UK driving licence
* PASMA/IPAF (desirable)
