Have you got experience working with children in Key Stage One? We at Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 a child with ASD.
Job Details
Working as a 1:1 teaching assistant will require you to support the child throughout the day in lessons within their Reception class whilst also assisting the teacher when required. The child displays low level behaviour but needs some extra support to ensure they are on task and learning each day. Your aim will be to build a strong rapport with the child through high engagement, great communication and listening.

Ability to effectively communicate with others.
Some level of understanding of Key Stage One curriculum.
Willingness to always improve & learn.
