Your new role
As the Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that end-to-end operations are delivered to the businesses clients. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication ability, in order ensure smooth delivery rollout of projects.
This role would suit a strong 2nd Line Analyst seeking an excellent progression opportunity or an existing NOC Engineer looking for a move into an exciting start-up environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Above all else, you'll need the personality to fit into a business with serious growth ambition and the desire to develop the NOC Infrastructure in-line with the company expansion.
Of course, you'll also need top class technical ability. The following are requirements for the role:
- Experience working in a NOC environment (2 years)
- Experience with customer facing Service Delivery
- Strong Analytical and Data Presentation ability and the ability to report on Service Performance
- The ability to deliver on SLAs and/or contractual requirements
- Ensuring successful 5G project rollouts
