Sports & Social Club Manager - NEW ROLE
GBP35,000 + Benefits & Progression
Monday - Friday / 40hr Week

Our largest client is now doing a brand new mobilization on a state of the art government manufacturing contract, our client can offer the industry's best benefits, progression, further training, salary packages and more.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sports & Social Club Manager and worked under other FM Companies.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who will continue to drive the Club forward and introduce new ideas and ways of working.
As Sports and Social Club Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Sports and Social Club in accordance with the Management Committee, client and government guidelines.
You will be accountable for the members of staff the P&L of the Club as well as event organisation and planning.
Ideally 2 years of experience in management is required, including a range of leisure, fitness and sports activities, you will need a good knowledge and understanding of health and safety and food hygiene.
A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong team player and lead by example. Time management and organisation skills are key, and you must be able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
Experience/Qualifications:
Someone with an enthusiastic character
Currently in a similar management role and looking for your next challenge
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Experience within a high-end boutique fitness environment desirable but not essential (a passion for fitness is a must!)
Proven examples of working towards and meeting/ exceeding KPIs
Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/ closes and weekends where required
