Temporary Resourcing Co-Ordinator - 3 month temp
Salary equivalent of GBP22-27k, dependent on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Fully office based, you will be part of the HR Team.
Reporting to the resourcing manager.

A summary of the key components for the role are as follows:
- Managing the delivery of a recruitment service for temporary staffing in line with company policy and procedures.
- Coordinating the logistics involved with new temporary workers joining the bank.
- Administering the full temporary recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high levels of compliance with the company Employment Check Standards.
- Managing temporary recruitment campaigns for all grades and types of staff in accordance with the company workforce resourcing plans and recruitment policy.
- Producing regular activity reports for local and board reporting purposes.
- Administering the leaver/re-joiner process for temporary workers, ensuring that details are amended accurately and in a timely way on ESR.
- Regularly update adverts on jobsites.
- Ensuring that all recruitment meets the company employment check standards and that candidates are fully compliant with these standards prior to commencing work.
- Supporting the internal and external audit process/inspections.
- Acting as a role model and champion for best practice in temporary recruitment.
- Ensuring that all recruitment activity is delivered in a fair and equable way supporting diversity at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintaining the ESR system with accurate information at all times and with a particular focus on visa information, DBS, clinical registration, qualification and other mandatory fields.
- Controlling the company programme of temporary worker interviews.
- Ensuring that the company meets its obligation as a licenced sponsor for tier 2 visas when considering temporary workers.
- Ensuring that all documentation that relates to temporary workers clearly differentiates between employment and casual work to avoid legal challenge.
- Producing accurate offer letters tailored to each appointment and ensure that signed agreements are in place for all new staff.
- Liaising closely with the occupational health department, ensuring that pre-worker screening is coordinated and that the candidates are appropriately health screened prior to their start.
- Drafting recruitment adverts in line with corporate identity guidelines
Recruitment experience preferred but not essential. Must be proficient in MS Office.
