Your new role
Great opportunity for a 3rd line IT Support Engineer, to join an established IT team.

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of escalated IT support calls, (high priority and highly technical), via emails, over the phone and face to face fixes.

You must have high level ability to work on network infrastructure topology and support, along with an in depth knowledge and understanding of IT and networks, desktop, server and printer hardware and their components, network devices and their roles.

Experience working in a 3rd line infrastructure role in the past with network experience.

• Solving user problems/answering queries/basic user instruction
• New user & application setups
• Day-to-day user/systems support (printer installs, etc.)
• Providing support to client consultants
• Web based 'Manufacturer Knowledge Base' investigations
• Providing applications & patches
• Providing in-house technical support to client employees
• Workstation troubleshooting
• training & answering queries (re: MS Office based apps.)
• In-house server/network troubleshooting
