Customer Sales Advisor
We require a Customer Sales Advisor for a large Self-Storage company in West Norwood to support customers with enquires and generally be the face of the store. You will work in a small team, greet customers in store and answer the phone along with other duties below.
The role is full time with office hours Monday to Friday and some weekend work on rotation agreed in advance with your colleagues.

Main responsibilities:
* Contribute to the achievement of the financial targets agreed for the Self-Storage Store
* Identify and suggest opportunities available for increasing storage occupancy and revenue within the Store on a regular basis
* Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
* Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness
* Making sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to for the benefit of customers and staff alike.
* Manage, monitor and adapt the working practices of the Store staff to ensure that the Store is operating to it's optimum efficiency.
* Identify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and follow up.
