My Client is a national brand who specialize in removals and storage, offering a full range of professional removals and storage services for home and business.
They are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service and who has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with 7.5t driving experience. A competitive salary will be offered alongside the opportunity to work in a well-established company.
Your Time at Work
Lead a team of motivated workers, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles or storage containers. The Team Leader 7.5T will be fully conversant with and conform to all relevant company procedures and will ensure company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety of themselves and the workers under their direct control are always maintained. The Team Leader 7.5T will be responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained. The Team Leader 7.5T will take responsibility for medium commercial moves or manage larger projects.
Our Perfect Worker
• Class 2 experience, valid CPC and Digi Tach.
• Ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety (including accident reporting) are maintained at all times
• Ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct staff accordingly
• Knowledge and experience of office and commercial work desirable
• Knowledge and experience of implementing Health & Safety Regulations and conducting Risk Assessments
SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• High personal & professional standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a cooperative attitude
• Superior driving record
• Have necessary experience in the moving industry
• High degree of problem solving
EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Literate and numerate
• CPC Certificate
• FLT license (Desirable but not essential)
• Attended Basic Practical Course and passed assessment
• Attended all Business Moving training
