• Creating dishes using the correct methods to get every dish right

• Keeping a safe and hygienic working environment

• Ensuring food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food

This is a full time, permanent position working between 30-40 hours a week, running over 5 days. Late finishes, split shifts and weekend work are all required.

Part-time working would be considered for the right person.
