The Role - Regional Service Manager, CT Imaging Systems
This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Regional Service Manager responsible for leading a team of 10 service engineers in the service, installation and breakdown repair of a wide range of sophisticated x-ray and CT imaging systems. You will:
Train and mentor your team, evaluating performance and providing technical and functional guidance as required
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, attending regular service review meetings and identifying improvements points
Act as an escalation point for your team, providing expert technical support and diagnosis on complex issues
Your Background - Regional Service Manager, CT Imaging Systems
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
A strong background in a service or maintenance engineering capacity gained within any high value capital equipment environment
Experience in a senior engineer, team leader, assistant supervisor or field service manager role
Good working knowledge of complex electro-mechanical systems
Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills
