Minimum Requirements:
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willing to work towards this *
* Level 3 or 4 diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) *
* 2 years' experience in a Management position in Residential Childcare *
* Full driving license with access to own transport *
