Site Supervisor / Foreman

Location: Dublin

Salary: ???70,000 - ???80,000

Benefits: Excellent Package

Start Date: Immediately

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities are as follows, however are not limited to;

Have ability to lead on site teams with close management and supervision to all staff

Adhere to and ensure everyone is obeying H&S rules and regulations at all times

Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to by everyone on site at all times

Maintain detailed and accurate site records

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with best practice and complies with all relevant regulations

Co-ordinate work alongside the other sub-contractors as required

Attend site meetings and troubleshoot as necessary

Essential Criteria:

These are essential to be considered for the Site Supervisor role:

Minimum 3+years' experience in a similar role

Plumbing certification is essential

Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry is an advantage

Good knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations, and requirements

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Have excellent leadership ability and be a team player

Have a creative approach to problem solving

Be hands on

Have extensive knowledge of risk and compliance and have ability to demonstrate planning and project management skills
