RecruitmentPlus has an excellent opportunity for a *Communications and Marketing Executive *based in Dublin*.* This role would suit an enthusiastic candidate who has a high level of skills and suitable expertise in developing and implementing strategies for traditional and innovative marketing and communications campaigns.

It will also suit a candidate with event management, project management and creative writing skills experience. Due to the nature of the work, the role requires an ability to work well under pressure, good time management and organisational skills and a willingness to be proactive.

The role includes a requirement to work flexible hours (occasional Saturday and evening work).

*Your main responsibilities will include: *
* Manage and run educational and non-educational events, including conferral ceremonies.
* Co-ordinate and disseminate a variety of information and communications.
* Co-ordinate the design and production of a suite of internal publications, marketing brochures, event materials including the project management.
* Implement and manage digital projects from concept to completion, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, reporting analytics and making recommendations to enhance engagement.
* Manage and coordinate sponsorship agreements.
* Contribute ideas and offer advice on implementation of a range of marketing strategies to enhance engagement with our target audiences.

*Requirements or Skills: *
* Marketing/communications qualifications and experience required.
* Broad marketing skillset across digital and traditional channels gained in a busy environment.
* Excellent writing and proof-reading skills.
* Experience with AdWords/ Google Analytics and sending email campaigns.
* Excellent time management, ability to plan, prioritise and follow through to completion, taking personal responsibility for achieving high quality results.
* Proven event coordination experience.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Considerable administrative ability.
* Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Methodical, flexible, and capable of undertaking multitask driven work
