Our 80 plus staff are committed to providing the best customer service possible.What's the job?As we expand, we are recruiting for the new face of the Marketing Team based in Dublin. This is a permanent position reporting to the Head of Marketing. And what will you be doing?*You'll support in the creation, execution and delivery of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing plans for products distributed in Ireland.*You'll work on a fast-paced team across several of our consumer brands*You'll support the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver strategic plans following objective goals*You'll work across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, Consumer PR, Display, Social, Email & CRM*You'll liaise with stakeholders including freelancers, in-house teams, suppliers and partner organisations*You'll write and manage social media content, as well as content for other marketing channels*You'll monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance*You'll play an active role in contributing to Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives and support the UX/UI team in implementing CRO improvements and monitoring their impactRequirements:*You'll have a minimum 2-year experience in a relevant role*You'll have the ability to work across various marketing channels*You'll have experience within a fast paced environment*You'll have strong organisational skills, and a confident decision-maker*You'll have knowledge of Graphic design and/or HTML skills though not essential, is desirableBenefits:Not only do we provide our employees with a great work life balance and opportunities to work flexibly, but we are committed to creating a friendly and diverse culture, where our employees can grow.
