Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business formed in 1947; a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Who currently employ over 800 staff and have a turnover in excess of GBP160m. My client is looking for an experienced M&E QS to work within their Northampton Office.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
* Quantity Surveying GBP7M+ of various M&E Projects within the Northampton Region.
* Compiling Monthly Applications
* Costing and Agreeing Project Variation Accounts
* Preparing Project CVR's and attending monthly CVR Project Meetings
* Negotiating and Preparing Subcontract Order Documents
* Valuing and Raising Monthly Subcontract Payment Notifications/Pay Less Notices
* Credit Control on Projects
