Our client is Norfolk county's largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk's wildlife and wild places.

They are part of a national federation of environmental charities who, together, are working to facilitate nature's recovery across the nature reserves they care for and within the communities they work alongside, and they know that if nature is to be restored at scale, they need many more people on nature's side.

Therefore, they are looking for a talented community organiser to work with these charities and the National Lottery Heritage Fund on a transformative partnership project to help reverse the nature and climate emergencies.

This charity is seeking someone with experience of engaging diverse communities to work on a key project (Nextdoor Nature) in the Norwich area. The role will champion the Community Organising approach within this charity and share learnings across the organisation and the wider charitable network through excellent project management and communications skills.

The post requires excellent communication and organisation skills. The postholder will need the ability to work under their own initiative and to work as part of a team with a solution-based focus.
