About The Role

We're looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the team based from our Twyford site in Buckinghamshire. In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for all staff and visitors. We would expect you to take responsibility for the booking in of visitors, the procurement of office consumables and the management of supplies.
You will provide support in the registration and onboarding of all new starters to the Calvert Section using our Biosite system. We would also like you to become the first point of contact for all Biosite related queries such as training and competencies.
We would like you to manage the meeting room bookings which will include the Microsoft Teams functionality. We would also like you to gain an understanding of the Condeco desk booking system and assist colleagues in booking desks.
You would also be required to provide support where necessary to project management teams.
