JOB TITLE: Order Entry Administrator
LOCATION: Moving to Crossways Business Park in July
INDUSTRY: Optical
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5pm
SALARY: GBP23,000 per annum
BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, Free parking, Christmas shutdown, Free products, Family and friend's discount

This position will be responsible for working with optical customers, entering orders, and answering inquiries. You will be first point of contact for Customers and provide a high level of technical experience. Experience within the Optical industry is essential, and the role can start immediately. This is a great established business and a lovely, warm team.
Responsibilities
Order Entry into system
Processing customer orders
Working alongside the warehouse to offer technical advice
Answering enquiries to customers via phone or email
Accurately updating the systemSkills and attributes necessary
Optical industry experience is essential- this can be from retail
Experience with SAP highly beneficial
Accurate Data entry skills
Good organisational skills
Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
Immediate availability is preferential
