Leading bank in eFX and Frontier/Cross-Border Currencies looking to grow out their sales team.
You'll be selling Electronic Trading Tech solutions to financial institutions as well as across other markets inc. international charity space. SVP level role so managing a small team.

Our client is a market leader in the provision of cross-border currency exchange solutions for their clients, working across multiple geographies and specialising in supporting those businesses involved in charitable efforts and relief work.
This role sits specifically within the eFX arm of the business.
Description
The focus for this role is to be expanding the use of the platform - our client is a market leader across the UN for the work that they do in eFX but they have ambitious plans to take more market share meaning that this role is centred very much around business development, and utilising your skills in this in order to do.
- You will be at SVP level, so responsible for the management of a small team
- You will be tasked with growing that team out in time as appropriate
- You will be leading sales negotiations at all levels
- Demonstrating use of the platform and its uses
- Focusing on managing the relationships with clients and their various stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and engage with relevant trading desks on the clients' flow
- There will be the need for you to meet with clients in London primarily, across the UK and then occasional overseas travel could well be required
Profile
Our client need you to come with an understanding of eFX, and strong business development capabilities. You will know how platforms work, enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders and be willing & able to meet with clients regularly. Coming on board at SVP level, you will ideally come with a book of contacts that you will be proud to introduce our client's service offering to.
- Experience selling Electronic Trading Technology solutions to financial institutions
- An interest in or experience of selling solutions to non-bank financial institutions
- Client facing experience with FX traders
- You'll be able to build and maintain a wide network of stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority
- Established track record of both relationship management and client support
- Knowledge of Electronic Trading, Execution Management Systems and Trading Connectivity
- Strong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic trading
- Familiarity of buy-side and sell-side trading workflows
- Problem solving skills and have a strong "can do" attitude
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- The ability to travel
- Experience of having managed - or at least mentored - members of a team
