What you'll do
Do you have a passion for learning? Are you a motivated team player who puts the customer at the heart of everything you do?
We re looking for a new Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team. You will demonstrate a passion for learning and share this with others. You ll understand that we all learn in different ways and that the learning offer must match this.
What you ll need
You ll be super organised, have an eye on the detail and the future to enable you to make connections across the wide and extensive workload of the team. You ll use all of this knowledge to build capability in our learning portal that engages our colleagues with both mandatory and self-led learning.
Your data analysis will be second to none, enabling you to deliver accurate and informative data to key stakeholders.
