This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique company who are looking for a HR Manager to join them as they embark on their next period of growth within the business.
This is a brand new role and as part of the leadership team your role will see you responsible for delivering on the four key elements of the businesses people strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a blend of HR and Operational experience and a strategic mindset as they are looking for someone who will bring ideas, suggestions and new concepts to the role.
You will work with closely with the Managing Director and Head of Business to grow the workforce through effective recruitment, continuous training and development and relationship management to achieve strategic growth targets.
You don't need to have worked in a HR Management role before, but you must have at least 12 months experience working in a Human Resources recruitment and / or learning and development role.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting people, you are warm, friendly and have the talent to engage with people and a fantastic business acumen then this is the perfect role for you.
The role is based in their office in Whitefield which offers ample parking and is perfectly located if you live in or around North Manchester.
