MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER IN SIDCUP IN A REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH SITE

Day shifts available
16 residents on one site run by a caring manager
Permanent 36.5 contracts with overtime potential available
Interviews currently being held online with immediate decisions
Need flexibility for a 3 week rolling rota on 2 shifts - 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm - 10pm.

Our client is a Mental Health Forensic service provider they specialise in areas like

Bipolar/Manic Depression
Challenging Behaviour
Down Syndrome
Epilepsy
Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilties
Schizophrenia
This house is superbly managed really focusing on activities both leisure, social and volunteering in the community. Some areas of a care plan could include cooking like making gingerbread men, having a local walk or bike ride, going for car ride, going for a coffee and trip to the cinema. You will build a relationship with your client and work around their care plan on how best to support them.

Don't worry about qualifications or previous experience as a Mental Health Support Worker:

No worries you are joining a wonderful team happy to help you settle in. The people person manager will get you through the initial training and then once you are settled in can talk about the specialist training you can go on to.
