Yn ogystal â'r dysgu a'r addysgu, mae'r rôl yn cynnwys cyfleoedd i arwain rhaglenni a'r cyfle i addasu'r ddarpariaeth i ddiwallu anghenion dysgwyr a chyflogwyr lleol.

To provide high quality teaching, to create effective opportunities for learning and to enable all learners to achieve to the best of their ability.

Who are we looking for?

The College is looking to appoint a proactive person to join a forward thinking department looking to build on its learner success and to strengthen the focus on real life experiences in the curriculum.

The individual must show a commitment to create a positive learning environment through innovative learning methods and ILT yet be familiar with proven teaching styles and possess a professional approach to supporting learners.

In addition to the teaching and learning, the role includes programme leadership and the chance to shape the provision to meet learner expectations and the needs of local employers
