Temporary Manager (Operations - Duty Manager - Food & Beverage Manager) required for hotels located in the Surrey and East Sussex areas of England for this busy summer seasonal time. Transport will be required due to location, though accommodation may be available for the contract work. Permanent opportunities also exist.
As Temporary Manager (Operations - Duty Manager - Food & Beverage Manager) you will be supporting the Hotel Manager and ensure the smooth day to day running of all departments, with a bias towards the food and beverage service areas including a busy conference, events and weddings department along with your team, ensuring that guests are provided with the best service.
For the opportunity of Temporary Manager (Operations - Duty Manager - Food & Beverage Manager) previous experience at an operational and managerial level is required from within a 3 or 4 star establishment or similar.
Duty Management will form part of your duties, along with a hands-on approach as well as working closely with other senior management. This role will require that you work 5 days out of 7 on a weekly rota basis.
The salary for Temporary Manager (Operations - Duty Manager - Food & Beverage Manager) is given as NEGOTIABLE. Transport will be required due to location and shifts, however accommodation may be available.
