Assembly Operatives required for temp-to-perm assignments at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility based on Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot. The roles will involve using hand tools to assemble various bespoke items according to design instructions and industry standards. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who would like to learn a trade and develop their career in production and assembly. These are temp-to-perm positions where you will become permanent following a successful probationary period.
Working hours:
07:30-16:30 Mon-Thu
07:30-13:30 Fridays
Pay rates:
Week 1-6 GBP9.75ph up to 39.75hrs then GBP14.63ph for additional hours worked
Week 6+ GBP10.00ph up to 39.75hrs then GBP15ph for additional hours worked
