About the opportunity
Due to growth, my client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team for their South East Water projects. The projects that you will be working on will be a mixture of high volume, low value works as well as some huge long-term infrastructure projects which involve water pipelines of up to 20KM. The role will involve reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and developing relationships with clients, analysing weekly and monthly cost and revenue data as well as producing a 'Schedule of Rates', and managing sub-contractors.

Stability is a necessity, with at least 3-4 years of experience working under a UK-based Civil Engineering Contractor. UK driver's license is essential as you will be traveling to various sites throughout the week
