Packaging Operative
Hours : 4 on 4 off roating Days and Nights 6am-6pm
Location: Commutable from March, Huntingdon, Cambridge
Salary GBP26,000
On the job training will be provided plus potential career progression.
The role
My client is looking for a Packaging Operative to join their team in a fast paced food packaging company. Manufacturing experience is not essential.
The ideal Packaging Operative will be someone who is physically fit, as there may be some heavy lifting involved they will need to be organised and able to work quickly and efficiently as they will be involved in one of the final stages of the production line.
Be able to maintain and update production records, stocking of items required for line, printing of labels and inspect finished goods. Must also report any defects or machine breakdowns immediately to ensure line is kept fully running. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone who would like to get in the print, packaging and food industry
