Role: IT End User Support Engineer
Location: Lincoln
Duration: 3 months
Pay: GBP15-GBP20 p/hr PAYE
Description:
Completes a range of professional duties pertaining to IT User Engagement according to defined targets and processes, in an assigned area of work, team or organizational unit.
* Implements IT User Engagement policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
* Works towards IT solutions being used effectively.
* Defines enduser requirements and supports their translation into IT demand requirements.
* Maintains key-user/IT coordinator communities.
* Performs end-user support (e.g. on-site support, VIP support, relocation, supervision of on-site activities of providers, etc.) and/or service desk service.
* Monitors and regularly reports on target achievements.
* Reports accurately and timely to team leader.
* Executes improvements of procedures and processes.
* Typically reports to an User Engagement IT Team Leader.
