We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator who will work within the facilities and maintenance team for one of our clients in Ipswich.
You will be responsible for ensuring all engineering related activities are being completed and recorded, and looking after contractors on site.
The offer:
*Monday-Friday
*8am - 3:45pm
* GBP13 per hour
* Temporary, with the potential to be offered a permanent contract.
* Free parking on site
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Processing sales invoices and purchase orders.
* Managing, organising, and updating relevant data using database applications.
* General administrative duties associated with the facilities and maintenance team.
* Interpreting instructions and issues that arise, then implementing actions according to policies and procedures
* Provision of analysis and statistics of information relating to site facilities
* Liaising and integrating with departments within the Company
* Adhering to policies and procedures relating to health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
* Devising and maintaining office systems.
* Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and handling enquiries.
* Updating monthly reports.
* Telephone system administration and record keeping.
* Sourcing, administration and record keeping of contractors.
* Undertaking any other reasonable tasks required by the Company.
