What the role involves
* Opportunity to work part time to work Monday 08:00 -18.00, Wednesday 07.45 - 17.30 and Friday 08.30 - 17.00
OR Tuesday 08.00 - 17.30, Thursday 07.45 - 18.00 Friday 07.45 - 17.45
* Large nine surgery dental practice in a beautiful location
* Front of house and receptionist duties with a smiling face and happy disposition.
* Telephone management including booking and rescheduling appointments
* Forward planning diaries for clinician, and timely administration including sending welcome emails, collecting consent and medical history forms
* Processing payments and recording daily takings
* Opening and closing the practice
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times, deal with patient objections effectively and efficiently
* Follow all practice systems and procedures
* Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

* Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
