As a Talent Partner, you will be part of a team whose focus giving a great quality recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering against both niche and high-volume recruitment roles. You should become an expert in understanding the requirements of the hiring managers you will be working with and continually ensure that there is a sufficient Talent Pool of high calibre candidates available. You will manage the vacancy from start to end; initiating virtual meetings with the hiring manager, advertising and attraction of the roles, sourcing, feedback, selecting and coordinating the selection process. We take pride in our ability to offer the best service to our candidates, regardless of the outcomes, therefore effective communication is key. The focus is on giving a great quality recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates. You will also be liaising with the hiring managers to ensure we adhere to all of our targets, SLA's and offer the best recruitment service. You will be working closely with the hiring managers and building strong relationships. You will need to understand their recruitment needs and provide recruitment solutions to find the right candidate for them. This may include resourcing for some niche roles, which requires headhunting and a creative approach to recruitment.The roleCandidate attraction:
  • Creating accurate and appealing job advertisements in line with the client's brand guidelines
  • Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Headhunt and approach passive talent using a variety of media including (but not limited to) database Boolean searching, Linked In and social media
  • Ensure candidates are progressed from application to offer stage as quickly as possible in accordance with client specific recruitment requirements.
Candidate Management:
  • Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases
  • Managing candidates' expectations around processes and procedures and gaining their commitment
  • Locating and matching suitable positions for candidates as quickly as possible
  • Ensuring adherence to candidate data compliance, in addition to remaining informed and aware of the necessary processes
  • Headhunting senior talent for niche and hard to fill roles
