Joining us as Executive Assistant…
Professional, with great customer service skills, you will have the ability to oversee management of office facilities, services, and provide general administrative support to the CEO, Board and Group HR Manager.
You can look forward to a varied day, with your duties ranging from diary management and meeting arrangements, reconciling receipts and expenses for the CEO, assisting with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees and maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring health and safety risks within the office.
Naturally, we need someone who is highly organised and can confidently carry out the typical duties you’d expect of an Executive Assistant role. Reliable and driven, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work pro-actively and autonomously.
